OUR ROOMS
All of our rooms have been designed to offer the perfect combination of personalised home comforts with a touch of luxury.
Each room has Egyptian cotton bedding and towels, bespoke handmade scatter cushions, flat screen TV’s with Freeview for those “stay in bed days”, and a complimentary hot drinks tray with a selection of individually wrapped Assam teas, Scottish Coffee Co coffee and Edinburgh shortbread which are restocked daily.
Each room also has its own fully equipped en suite shower room finished to a high standard completed with a range of Scottish Fine Soaps toiletries and hairdryers.
We’ve also teamed up with Montrose Massage Holistic's who will happily provide their mobile services to your very room;just let us know if you want to book that extra relaxation service and we’ll organise it for you.

THE SNUG
We all need some down time when on our travels and,whether it’s from the weather or you simply want some R&R, the snug should suit your needs; a designated guest only area with comfy sofas, a small library, a selection of board games.
The snug also has a high resolution full HD TV with Sky Q TV containing full sports, cinema and boxed set packages and, should that not be entertainment enough, the TV is also connected to Netflix. On sunny days (as we get them here all the time) you’re welcome to grab a book and head out into the garden, which has seating in the sun and our trees are bearing fruit; help yourself to some truly fresh food.
BREAKFAST
For breakfast we have single table seating so you can get to know your fellow guests over morning coffee or, if you’re not social in the morning, we’ll happily serve guests at differing times or even in the garden on those rare good days.
For breakfast you can go full cooked Scottish with the sausage, bacon, black pudding and haggis from our award winning local butcher while the eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms come from our greengrocer. Alternatively there is a selection of local jams and preserves as well as the locally famous St. Cyrus blossom honey which changes flavour with the seasonal flowers.
All served with fresh baker’s bread and a selection of cereals, juices, loose leaf teas and barista style coffees.
